John is a repeat entrepreneur and thought leader in affinity and collegiate marketing. Prior to Next Generation Insurance Group, John co-founded Y2M: Youth Media + Marketing Networks and Members Connect, which were both purchased by Fortune 500 companies under his leadership. At NGI, John is primarily responsible for the company’s collegiate business, finance, and administration. John is a graduate of Arizona State University and Harvard Business School. He is a member of the Professional Insurance Marketing Association (PIMA), the Spitzer Center for Ethics and a board member for the Foundation for Blind Children. Along with his wife Melissa, John resides in Phoenix, Arizona with their five children.
Bill is one of the nation's foremost affinity sales and marketing leaders. Before co-founding Next Generation Insurance Group, Bill was a Senior Vice President at JPMorgan Chase, where he led the student-lending industry's top affinity marketing business. Bill also held leadership positions at Members Connect and Affinity Marketing Group, where he forged hugely successful affinity marketing programs for Fortune 500 brands and venture-backed businesses. At NGI, Bill is responsible for affinity partnerships, underwriter relations, and product development. Bill serves on the Executive Committee of the Professional Insurance Marketing Association (PIMA). He is a graduate of Marquette University, where he also competed as an NCAA Division I tennis player. Bill resides in Bridgewater, Massachusetts with his wife and two children.
Jean-Marie is a seasoned operations and marketing executive with over 15 years of experience. Before joining NGI at its founding, Lovett served as Vice President, Marketing and Operations, for JP Morgan Chase in the Education Finance division. There, she managed the marketing channels and operations for all student loan partnerships, including nearly 200 affinity groups. Prior to her time at Chase, Jean-Marie was a member of the management team at Abridge and worked in consumer products at BellSouth. At NGI, Jean-Marie is responsible for MyLifeProtected Auto, our national property & casualty insurance agency, and for the management of MassDrive Insurance Group. Jean-Marie is a graduate of Colgate University and Kenan Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill. She is a member of the Massachusetts Association of Insurance Agents (MAIA) and resides in Roslindale, Massachusetts with her husband and two children.
Paul is a multi-channel marketing leader with a wealth of marketing, media, and operations experience in the digital realm. Prior to joining Next Generation Insurance Group at its founding, Paul was the first head of marketing at Reputation.com, where he focused on acquisition growth, marketing analytics, and paid media. Paul previously held leadership positions at MTV Networks’ college network, mtvU, and Y2M: Youth Media + Marketing Networks. At NGI, Paul is responsible for customer experience, media (owned, earned, paid), and growth of the company’s digital insurance sales platform for affinity partners. Paul is a member of the Professional Insurance Marketing Association and is a graduate of Fairfield University. He resides in Melrose, Massachusetts with his wife and daughter.
Brian is a repeat entrepreneur with over 15 years experience building enterprise-class software applications in a wide variety of industries including music, sports, finance and education. Before his time at Next Generation Insurance Group, Brian was the founding CTO and interim CEO of The Bay Citizen and the founding CTO of Reputation.com, where he helped build category-creating digital privacy and reputation management products. In addition, Brian was the technology leader at Academic Approach and Ticket Reserve. As NGI’s Chief Technology Officer, Brian is responsible for technology strategy, software development, and system infrastructure. Brian is an active musician, car enthusiast, and he owns and operates One Caroline Street Bistro in Saratoga Springs, NY. He holds two degrees from Skidmore College and lives in Palo Alto, California.
Dennis has a long history of building relationships with university officials and collaborating with universities to serve their students. Prior to his role at NGI, Dennis held the position of President and SVP of Sallie Mae National Sales and was responsible for the company's sales efforts for all products and services nationwide. Dennis worked in higher education school channel sales & marketing at USA Funds / USA Group, as well as other roles for the American College Testing, before his time at Sallie Mae. In his role as Senior Vice President, College and University Relations at NGI, Denny is responsible for campus sales activity nationwide. A graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College and Southern Illinois University, Denny resides in Indianapolis, Indiana with his wife Rhonda and has five children.
